Accredited by Nuco Training, the UK’s largest approved instructor of regulated qualifications in First Aid, Health & Safety, each 1-day course is delivered by Elite Project Services and offers a mix of theoretical learning, informational videos, group discussions and activities to build awareness on mental health, share coping strategies and give advice on how best to support others within a business.
Alternating between online and in-person training once a month, learners can opt for a distance training course via Zoom or at Elite Project Services specialist training centre, Stratford Gateway in Stratford, East London. Available to book now at £150 per attendee, learners can also take advantage of Elite Project Services BOGOF promotion where they buy one, and the company gifts them one extra space for free!

The range of topics that will be addressed include the identification of mental health conditions, how to start a supportive conversation and signpost the individual towards professional help, through to understanding the effects of drug and alcohol, how to apply the ‘First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan’ and support a positive mental health culture within the workplace.
